This is me!
During my 15+ year international career in hospitality, I had the privilege of coaching many incredible people. When I decided to step away from my corporate job to focus on my family, I took time to reflect on what would come next. It was then that I realised my true calling: connecting with people.
As my youngest daughter started school, I too returned to school—this time, to begin my coaching journey with the Co-Active Training Institute.
That was the turning point when I launched my own business. Today, it’s an honour to create a safe, supportive space in every coaching session, helping clients uncover their potential and guiding them toward a more fulfilling, authentic life.

I work with a wide range of clients—from artists and working moms to retirees and professionals looking to make a career change. What I believe is that coaching isn’t about the topic you bring, but about you as the person. I coach the individual, not just the challenge at hand. I’m genuinely curious about everything my clients bring to a session, because every story is unique and and I’m excited to explore their journey with them.
